The Seneca Village Portal will correspond to the Wi-Fi access point for The Northern Recreation Area (around the 86th St Shops), which covers part of the area of what was Seneca Village, a farming community of freed slaves, that was leveled for the building of Central Park. Our aim is to create a virtual Seneca Village here.
